Need to cancel? If you submitted through your account, use Manage My Reservations more than 24 hours before pickup to cancel online and receive a cancellation number. For guest requests or cancellations within 24 hours, call (908) 892-0828. A submitted booking request is not a confirmed ride until our team confirms it.
Changes and cancellations
You may modify or cancel a request saved in your account online more than 24 hours before your scheduled ride pickup. An online cancellation produces a cancellation number. Guest requests and changes or cancellations within 24 hours must be handled by phone. Modifications are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Same-day changes or cancellations, and cancellations requested less than 24 hours before pickup, may incur a fee. A late cancellation fee may be up to 50% of the original booked ride cost. This helps cover driver time reserved for your trip and operational costs.
No-shows
If the passenger does not show up for their confirmed ride and does not contact us to cancel, a no-show fee of 50% of the original booked ride cost, including tolls where applicable, will be assessed to cover the driver’s reserved time, fuel, and related operational costs. No-show fees are nonrefundable.
Requests for a cancellation-fee waiver
If your plans are disrupted by circumstances outside your control, including flight cancellations, severe weather, or a medical emergency, you may request a review or adjustment of a cancellation fee. A waiver is reviewed case by case and is not automatic.
- For weather disruptions, we may consult publicly available forecasts, advisories, or weather bulletins.
- For airline cancellations unrelated to weather, including mechanical or other airline issues, we may request an airline notice or other documentation showing the cancellation and its reason.
- For a medical emergency, we may request a medical note to support the review. Please call us before sending medical information so we can explain what is needed.
